HILLSTON CENTRAL SCHOOL PRODUCTION ROCKS!

Class of 77 was staged in late July by the students of Hillston Central School in mid western NSW. The school put on a fantastic production directed by Anna Nugent and Deb Morton.

Anna took the part of Judy herself and stopped the show with her performance of "15 Years". Nathan McKeon and Katie McMaster were a wonderful Jenny & Michael and the rest of the cast showed that even a small school like Hillston can really put on a professional show! Well done guys!

W.A Premiere a huge success!

The Western Australian Premiere of CLASS OF 77 was staged in November 2006 at ROLEYSTONE THEATRE. Over a three week season the show was sold out for nearly every performance and audiences loved the songs and characters, some coming back for a second sitting! A very talented cast and production team put together a warm, funny and sometimes very moving show. The directing role was shared buy Sherrill Wallis and Maureen Woltersdorf and they brought a new dimension to several of the characters.

Jamie Thomas was exceptional as Michael and Hayley Mayne brought a sweetness to the character of Jenny that was very moving. Cindy Henderson was a wonderful Linda and Clint Wilson made the character of Bruce his own. Simon Loughton was a terrific last minute Kevin whilst Simon Thompson as Sven had the audience in stitches. Collette Jimmieson was perfect as Helen and Andrew Mangham sang the role of Adam brilliantly. The rest of the cast was fantastic and overall the show was a wonderful success! Congratulations to all involved, not forgetting George Harrison and the backstage crew who put together and awesome Torana - with real flashing indicators!
